What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all items, except those marked as final sale, within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Can I get a refund for my return?

We offer refunds for returns back to the form of payment that the order was processed. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your return.

What if I return an item that's damaged?

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, washed, or show signs of wear. These items will be returned to you at your expense. Please make sure the items you're returning are in their original condition.

How should I wash my new clothes?

For 100% cotton items, wash them inside out in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low. You can also hang them to dry to prevent any shrinkage.

For cotton/polyester blends, wash them inside out in cold or warm water with like colors and tumble dry on low. These items are less likely to shrink, but air drying is still the best option to preserve the fabric and print.

For direct-to-film printed items, turn the shirt inside out, use cold water, and a gentle cycle on your washing machine. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, and opt for air drying over machine drying to prevent damage to the print. See explanation of direct-to-film below.

What is Direct-to-film printing?

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a method that involves printing designs onto a special film, then transferring them to fabric using heat and adhesive powder. This technique allows for vibrant, high-resolution prints on various fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. DTF printing is known for its durability, ability to handle complex designs, and compatibility with both light and dark fabrics. 

What is Direct-to-Garment printing?

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a method of decorating apparel using specialized inkjet technology. It involves printing designs directly onto fabric using a digital printer, similar to how a paper printer works.

Shipping and Orders

• How do I track my order?

  • Once you place your order, you will receive a separate email 2-4 days later to confirm that your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

• How long does shipping take?

  • Orders usually arrive within 6 to 10 days. This is separate from the order processing time mentioned above.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Yes, a request to cancel an order should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email kingsclothshop@gmail.com for assistance.

• Do you ship internationally?

  • Unfortunately, for now, we only ship within the United States.

Products and Sizing

• How do I find the right size?

  • A size chart is provided for all of our items. Please refer to the last product image on each of our listings to review the size chart unique to that product.

  • We also strongly encourage you to completely read the product description before ordering and consider the unique sizing and fit of certain items. For example, some products have a NOTE disclaimer within the product description that mentions if the product runs small or big.

• What are your products made of?

  • Most of our products are either made of 100% cotton, 100% polyester, or a combination of both. Please refer to the product description of each item for more specific details.

• Do you offer gift cards?

  • Currently, we do not sell gift cards.
